SHIPPING, RETURN, POLICY

ORDERS POLICY AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED

We want our customers to receive their items. Please send proof that you live where the wig is being sent, ID, a bill, a bank statement, etc. We do this to ensure that our customers are who they say they are when purchasing with their cards. This helps protect any false actions.

ALL WIGS WILL HAVE SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION AND WILL BE SHIPPED VIA UPS. 

Once the processing days are up to date your order will be shipped. Domestic orders will be shipped  1-2 weeks ONLY DURING BUSINESS BREAKS. Please be patient for an email update on your order. International orders can take up to 10-20 business days to receive. We are not responsible for customs fees and other charges associated with international orders once items have been shipped.

After placing an order with us, a tracking number will be e-mailed ones order is shipped. Please make sure your order details are correct to receive your order shipment. Allow up to 24 to 48 hours before tracking information becomes active.

RAW HAIR - CUSTOM WIGS PROCESSING 

All orders require 7-12 business days for processing. Please note that during sales or high volume of orders processing may take up to 14 business days due to high demand. We take great care in preparing and packaging every order, which is why our processing time may be longer. For custom wigs, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Please keep in mind that processing does not occur over weekends or national holidays. If you have a special event, it is important to place your order in advance as our processing time cannot be expedited.

PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. ONCE AN ITEM IS SHIPPED, IT'S OUT OF OUR REACH. 

REFUNDS POLICY ALL WIGS, PONYTAILS, BUNDLES, CLOSURES, AND FRONTALS ARE FINAL SALES. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. WHEN PLACING WITH US YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS BEFORE ORDERING.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL 

IF ANY ISSUES WITH THE PRODUCT MAY ARISE, PLEASE BRING THEM UP WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. After 24 hours any issues with the product Will not be accepted. 

We respect our customers. Due to different health reasons, We can not fully determine if the unit /products have been used after delivery. These products can cause health problems if we retrieve them from a customer in an unsanitary environment. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancel all orders within an hour frame. To request refunds it must be within this timeframe after a purchase.
